When you use our demo form, we collect: your name, email address, and the information you enter in the form fields. This data is used solely to send you the demo email you requested.
Demo form data is used only to generate and send the demo email. It is not stored after delivery. For clients: we process lead data on your behalf to send automated follow-up emails. We act as a data processor; you are the data controller.
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send emails. Brevo is GDPR-compliant. Their privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
Email content is generated using the Claude API (Anthropic). Form data is sent to Anthropic API to generate personalized messages. Anthropic does not use API data for training. Their privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy.
Demo data: deleted immediately after email delivery. Client lead data: retained for up to 90 days or until you request deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us at jasper@jasperkehr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
